Maintanance Division

Our staff uses only VOC compliant products that can be used for interior or exterior applications. All sealers are oil, grease, and chemical resistant. Eligible for LEEDS points.

We specialize in protecting and beautifying New and Decorative concrete surfaces, including:

• Concrete brick pavers, and all natural stone
• Efflorescence removal / (Hard water Stains removed and treated)
• New Concrete sealing and existing surface resealing.
• Re-coloring stained concrete surfaces.

Surfaces Treated:

Concrete Pavers and Natural Stone sealed to like new condition, also enhances color.
